A newly constructed office needed three split ACs installed with almost no outdoor space to work with - so we fabricated a custom outdoor unit stand rather than force a standard setup that wouldn't fit.
Godrej Inverter Split AC Units Installed in Office
Mr. Prem needed three split ACs installed at his new office at Krupal Pathshala 2 on Ashram Road - a newly constructed building with no existing outdoor AC infrastructure to work around. The brief was straightforward: one 1.5 Ton unit and two 1.0 Ton units, all Godrej Inverter Split ACs, installed cleanly across the office.
The site itself wasn't straightforward. The available outdoor space couldn't accommodate three separate units on standard stands - there simply wasn't enough room to mount them side by side using off-the-shelf hardware. Rather than compromise on unit placement or force an unsafe fit, our team designed and fabricated a custom outdoor unit stand sized specifically to the site's dimensions.
With the stand in place, all three units were mounted securely, piped, wired, and commissioned in a single coordinated visit - copper piping and drainage routed properly, electrical connections checked, refrigeration lines vacuumed, and each unit tested for cooling performance before handover.
Swap in the client's actual photos/video against these - reorder to match what was actually shot.

A short walkthrough of the new office air conditions installation at Ashram Road.
Coolex planned around our tenants' working hours and never once disrupted operations. The zoning is exactly what we needed across six different floors, and the AMC follow-up has been just as reliable.
If a standard setup won't fit your site, our team plans and fabricates around the space you actually have - not the space a generic install assumes.
