The most common residential and commercial format. Your AMC visit covers filter and coil cleaning on both the indoor and outdoor unit, a drain line check, and a refrigerant level check - the four things that decide whether a split AC keeps cooling well.
Window AC
A single-box unit with the compressor, fan motor and filter all in one place. Maintenance focuses on filter cleaning and checking the fan motor and drain for the buildup that's hardest to spot from outside.
Cassette AC
Ceiling-mounted units in offices and showrooms, where a clogged filter or grille shows up as uneven airflow across the room before it shows up as reduced cooling. We check the filter, drain pan and swing motor at every visit.
Ductable AC
Cools multiple rooms through one duct network, so a fault in one zone often traces back to the air handler or duct leaks, not the room itself. AMC visits check zone airflow balance and the air handler alongside filter and coil cleaning.
One-Way Cassette AC
Also called Side Flow Cassette AC. Narrow, single-direction airflow means the filter and swing motor clog and wear faster than on a standard cassette - we check both every visit, along with drainage.
Floor Standing AC
Also called Tower AC. Built for high cooling loads in large open spaces, so the compressor and coil work harder - AMC visits focus on coil cleaning and compressor load checks to catch strain before it becomes a breakdown.
