Project Overview
Meridian Business Park needed a single cooling system that could serve six floors of mixed-use office space without the noise, footprint, and maintenance overhead of individual split units. After reviewing their floor plans and occupancy patterns, our team recommended a Daikin VRV IV system sized for independent zone control on every floor.
Our technicians carried out the full installation over 18 working days — coordinating around the building's operating hours to avoid disrupting tenants, running refrigerant piping through service risers, and mounting 24 indoor units across the property. Every unit was pressure-tested, vacuum-charged, and commissioned before handover.
The client is now enrolled in our Commercial HVAC AMC package, giving them scheduled preventive maintenance and priority breakdown support going forward.
